2. Q: Are the lenses I am ordering the same as I get from my doctor? A: We sell only first quality lenses that are direct from the manufacturers.
3. Q: Do you file insurance for me? A: We do not file insurance for you. However, we can supply you with a detailed invoice to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Just let us know when placing your order and we will include the invoice with your lenses.
4. Q: Can I order colored lenses with no prescription? A: You must have a prescription from a doctor for contact lenses, even if you have no correction power. This ensures that your eyes will remain healthy while wearing lenses as not everyone can wear every available lens.
