Unopened lens packages may be returned at our expenses for expedited replacement. Call 1.877.675.1996 for return authorization instructions.

YOUR PRESCRIPTION HAS CHANGED

Any remaining lenses may be returned for an equal dollar amount of your new lenses/new prescription. Please call Customer Service at 1.877.675.1996 to record your new presecription and return instructions.

As a medical product, contact lenses are not returnable for any other reasons.
